Position: Production Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00am-5:PM (flexible)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) facility. This role is essential in supporting our Production Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has a good mechanical understanding, and is capable of handling a range of administrative and reporting tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately collect, enter, and analyse production data using our computer systems, including SAP.
  • Stock Management: Count and monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Machine Monitoring: Observe production machinery, gather relevant data, and input this information into our systems.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Production Manager with various administrative tasks, including printing reports, mapping production floor layouts, and building presentations.
  • Interdepartmental Engagement: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and print reports and assist in creating presentations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in SAP.
  • Excellent communication, people, and social skills; able to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A headstrong and switched-on individual, with a good mechanical mindset.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to map out and monitor production processes.
  • Experience in FMCG or production environments is a plus, but this is not a production operator role.
