Full Job Description
Currently looking for Trade Qualified Boilermakers for Permanent positions in the Newcastle area NSW, these positions are offering full time hours.
You will work with various materials such as steel and metal to fabricate, weld, and repair structures in accordance with blueprints and specifications. Attention to detail and safety is paramount in this role.

shift: 6am-2pm ($33.96), 4pm-Midnight ($38.04)
Location: Newcastle area
Role type: Full time hours with casual Position with view to permanent position

Requirements

• Certificate 3 in heavy fabrication
• Proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar welding/metal fabrication role.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a team environment effectively and efficiently.
• High standard of work quality.
• Light to heavy fabrication skills.
• Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings
• Ability to weld with the following
  • MMA - Manual Metal Arc Welding
  • GMAW - Gas Metal Arc Welding
  • FCAW - Flux Core Arc Welding
  • Air Arc Gouging
  • Oxy Cutting, gouging

Desirable

• EWP
• Working at heights
• Forklift
• Dogging
