Customer Service Officer Part Time:

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in their busy office. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. If you are passionate about helping others and have a strong communication skill set, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Document customer interactions in the system with clear and concise notes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and improve processes.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organised.
