About the role:
With a focus on thermal technologies and plate heat exchangers you'll be managing the workshop in the Service Centre. With a small but dedicated team you'll ensure timely completion of servicing and repair work, building good relationships with clientele and aligning the workshop with the strategy of growth for the future.

Key responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for quoting to customers and stakeholder management
- Train, motivate, refine and grow the workshop team (including subcontractors)
- Procurement of spare parts and tools
- Present monthly reports on workshop performance to the Service Operations Manager
- Propose and implement improvement strategies for safety, quality and efficiency
Key selection requirements:
- A trade certificate or engineering degree
- Hands-on experience with plate heat exchangers and other heat transfer technologies
- 3 - 5 years' experience leading teams in a workshop environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
