About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Administration Coordinator to manage accredited training administration. This role involves handling enrolments, managing student courseware access, and coordinating non-accredited training sessions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the critical requirements of RTO administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training enquiries, bookings, and student enrolments.
  • Coordinate communication, documentation, and facility services for training activities.
  • Maintain and update the training calendar and schedule.
  • Set up courses and class offers in line with product offerings and client requirements.
  • Support traineeship and apprenticeship processes, including training plan preparation.
  • Provide student support throughout the enrolment period.
  • Perform QA checks and ensure data integrity.
  • Collate and report data using automated systems like PowerBI.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of National VET sector standards and systems (AU, NZ).
  • Experience in developing and implementing administrative processes.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software, including SMS & LMS (Wisenet preferred).
  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data systems is highly regarded.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-level qualifications in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Key Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Training participants, trainers, delivery staff, and team leaders.
  • External: Vendors, service, and training providers.
