About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our clients People Experience team at one of the world's largest consumer goods companies and a Fortune 500 organisation. This exciting contract role is based at the North Rocks office with a flexible hybrid work model.

As a key member of the team, you'll develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, partner with business leaders to meet hiring goals, and drive exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Identify and attract high-performing talent aligned to business objectives
• Provide expert advice on best hiring practices and market trends
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday ATS
• Drive workforce planning, talent pooling, and diversity hiring initiatives
• Lead or support global People Experience projects
• Ensure accurate and timely data management for reporting purposes
• Promote a positive candidate experience and advocate for Diversity & Inclusion

About You
🔹 5+ years of experience as a Talent Advisor or HRBP in a matrixed environment
🔹 Proven success in sourcing and recruiting top talent
🔹 Strong knowledge of industry talent trends
🔹 Experience using Workday ATS (or similar recruitment systems)
🔹 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Collaborative and proactive mindset with attention to detail
🔹 FMCG recruitment experience (desirable)
