Role : Strategy & Operations Program Lead

Location : Sydney

Ongoing Contract

The Role

Work with leading technology provider based Sydney. You will Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Strategy & Operations priorities and organisational goals. Work towards operational excellence and manage cross-functional teams.

Skills and Experience

• 12 years+ experience in project management and/or service delivery, with demonstrable experience in managing projects, budgets, staff, and delivery across various technologies and businesses
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• PMP, Agile, or Prince 2 qualifications
• Experienced in client relations, management or account management and working on software-related projects
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills with proven financial management skills (P&L)
• Excellent communication skills & comfortable presenting to technical - senior leadership audiences
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and high energy with demonstrated leadership
• experience and knowledge of the Retail industry globally would be a plus
