About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our ANZ marketing team in Sydney. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing innovative marketing projects and campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the ANZ Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with a diverse range of internal teams and external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and industry experts, to drive successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promotional Campaigns (30%)
    • Conceptualise, optimise, and execute marketing campaigns.
    • Explore and experiment with new marketing channels including PR, influencers, and partner events (both online and offline).
  2. Content & Creative (30%)
    • Partner with the product and content teams to create and localise content, such as customer case studies, co-partnership content, and social media materials across various channels.
  3. Website (20%)
    • Collaborate with the website team and copywriter to optimise landing pages for different channels and campaigns.
    • Familiarity with WordPress is required; training will be provided.
  4. CRM (20%)
    • Work with the CRM lead to develop and optimize email marketing campaigns and full-funnel email journeys for the ANZ market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing and partnerships role, preferably within the fintech or e-commerce sectors.
  • Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Collaboration: Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and proactive with strong project management skills.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with empathy for customer challenges and pain points.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • Cross-Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, including teams based in China, the UK, and APAC.
  • Flexibility: Willing to attend some evening meetings as needed.
