Job Title: Scribe
Job Summary:
The Scribe provides accurate documentation and summarisation of discussions, meetings, interviews, or other proceedings as required by the client. This role involves actively listening, capturing critical points and responses, and delivering clear and concise written records for client review.
Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings, interviews, or proceedings and take detailed notes.
• Document key points, responses, questions, and feedback from participants.
• Summarise notes and organise content for easy reference and review.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Collaborate with hiring teams or stakeholders to understand documentation requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong listening and note-taking skills.
• Ability to summarise information concisely and accurately.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel).
