Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our client for a short-term assignment. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment at our facility.
Start Date: 23-Aug-24 (Half-day handover on Friday 23rd August)
End Date: 30-Aug-24
Location: Bowen Hills
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate training room bookings and manage access passes.
- Oversee catering arrangements and maintain the coffee machine.
- Handle courier and mail services efficiently.
- Interface with and assist contractors delivering various facilities management (FM) activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in managing various administrative tasks and services.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
