Our client is a leading global business communication provider. They are looking for an experienced solid customer facing Project Manager to work with mission-critical customers ensuring they receive premium-level service.

About the role -
Our client is looking for progressive, client focused Project Manager responsible for managing end to end planning and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will drive a high performance culture into all the resources and be responsible for the overall delivery. The role also involves interacting with 3rd party suppliers with a focus on the agreement, planning and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a customer champion. Establishes customer needs, uses operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences by resolving customer issues and delivery quality and timeliness
• Understanding the customer business context and the impacts the project has on successful business outcomes
• Accountable for leading the end to end planning and delivery of projects that are medium sized and represent significant benefit and/or risk to our customers throughout the lifecycle
• Building and maintaining strong and proactive customer service relationships across 'owned' contracts for project delivery
• Support and mentoring to Project Management Professionals assigned to the project to upskill knowledge and experience
• Manage escalations and work allocation, coordinate and manage work packages of Project Management Professionals

Skills & Experience

• Solid years of project management experience within networking/ infrastructure projects is a must.
• Relevant Project / Programme Management Certification - Prince2, APMP, ITIL qualification, Risk Management Qualification or 6 Sigma
• Should have prior experience working with global enterprise customers and clients managing end to end project delivery
• Significant experience of leading and delivering complex projects, requiring management of varying timeframes
• High degree of business, customer management and commercial acumen
• Understanding and experience of ITIL Functions
• Experience in delivering Cisco ISE and Cisco Networking projects/infra projects
• Experience with Cloud, AWS and Azure projects
• Solid stakeholder management skills with ability to connect with stakeholders and be seen as a Collaborative Partner, Solution Focused Achiever, Customer Champion and a Team Coach
• Strong written and verbal communication
