We're seeking a dedicated Production and Batching Operator to join our client in Caboolture. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production and maintaining high-quality standards.
Location: Caboolture
Pay: $31.20 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Batch and mix ingredients according to precise formulas
- Monitor production processes and quality control
- Package finished products
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
Bonus: Counterbalance forklift experience is a plus but not essential.
