Role: Product Manager - Banking (Payments/Cards)

Client - Top tier global retail banking client based in Sydney

Location - Barangaroo

Work Type - Hybrid

The Role

Their Corporate Product Management Team is seeking a Product Manager to own critical projects and drive process and operational improvements across their products. This role is a part of the Corporate Product Management team and is responsible for E2E management of a range of corporate payments products.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage key product enhancement and governance initiatives.
• Conduct E2E review and mapping for key processes and products.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhanced solutions.
• Uplift standard operating procedure documentation.
• Product line review with recommendations on go forward approach.

Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Product Management roles
• Strong technical or process mapping experience
• Process and project management skills with the ability seamlessly lead multiple projects at once, consistently meeting deadlines
• Proven relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
• Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment
• Previous experience within Banking - Payments/Cards is must
