Are you a creative and dynamic individual with a passion for marketing and digital media?
Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Services Coordinator to join their team.
This is an office-based role operating out of their near new national HQ in Dandenong South.

Hours required are Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duties:

1. Implementing Digital Marketing Initiatives:
   • Manage social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness
   • Maintain and enhance the website to ensure it reflects our latest offerings and developments
   • Coordinate and execute email campaigns, delivering impactful messages to our target audience
   • Assist in coordinating web-based training sessions to promote our products and services
   • Maintain a customer relationship management database to track and analyse marketing efforts
2. Administrative Support:
   • Provide administrative assistance to the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication
3. Public Relations and Event Management:
   • Support the Marketing Manager in public relations activities to enhance our brand's reputation.
   • Assist in organising conferences, customer events, and trade shows to showcase our products and connect with clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop & Premiere Pro
• Experience working with Sprout and various social media platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A qualification in a marketing-related discipline OR a minimum of two year's relevant experience in a sales and marketing environment.
