About the Role
The OneCouncil Procurement ERP Project Officer will play a key role in implementing the OneCouncil system, with a focus on procurement and supply chain functions. This position involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to design, configure, test, and enhance the system, ensuring a smooth transition for the business.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation - Work with Product Specialists and Business SMEs to design, configure, and test the system.
Process Improvement - Assist with business process mapping, test script development, and training materials.
Risk & Issue Management - Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of system-related risks and issues.
Vendor Coordination - Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
Change Management - Support business transition efforts and user adoption.
Project Coordination - Manage administrative tasks, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track project milestones.
Communication & Governance - Provide regular updates, maintain team alignment, and participate in governance meetings.
Quality Assurance - Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Emergency Management - Contribute to emergency planning and response initiatives as required.
Council Values & Child Safety - Uphold Casey City Council's values and commitment to child safety.
Ideal Candidate
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with ERP systems, particularly in procurement or supply chain.
TechnologyOne experience preferred.
Ability to analyse business processes and drive system improvements.
Comfortable liaising with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Highly organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
