Job description

We are looking for a Medical Equipment Pick Packer to join our team, ensuring surgical kits are accurately prepared, shipped, and returned. This role is critical in supporting hospitals and surgical teams by managing essential medical instruments used in procedures. Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare medical equipment for upcoming surgical procedures.
  • Manage reverse logistics, coordinating the return of surgical kits from hospitals and ensuring all equipment is accounted for.
  • Handle outbound logistics, organising and shipping loan sets to meet scheduled surgeries.
  • Track inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with replenishment to ensure all kits are complete and ready for use.
  • Liaise with internal teams, logistics providers, and hospital staff to maintain efficient operations and excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work environment to ensure compliance with medical industry standards.

Requirements

  • A physical role requiring you to be on your feet most of the day, with tasks that involve standing in one place or moving frequently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure all equipment is processed correctly and returned in proper condition.
  • Familiarity with computer systems is beneficial. This role will involve catalouging kits into the inventory system.
  • Ability to work in a structured, time-sensitive environment while ensuring high levels of accuracy.
