About the Role


A well-established organization in Bedford Park is seeking a Facilities Manager to support with operational and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, managing contractor access, work orders, and team coordination.




Key Responsibilities:




  • Contractor & Client Coordination:




    • Oversee contractor sign-ins and access management.




    • Ensure compliance with workplace permits and regulations.




    • Track and follow up on contractor activities and work progress.






  • Work Order & Project Management:




    • Monitor priority tasks and provide updates to management.




    • Handle follow-ups for outstanding maintenance requests.




    • Maintain records of completed and pending work orders.






  • Administrative Support:




    • Maintain and update key documentation and compliance records.




    • Manage inventory for office and site supplies.




    • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings.






  • Team Support & Reporting:




    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.




    • Prepare reports and maintain organised data records.




    • Support leadership in daily administrative functions.

What You'll Need:




  • Experience: At least 3 years in management, administration, or a similar role.




  • Work Rights: Australian residents preferred, but visa holders with full working rights are welcome.




  • Qualifications & Clearances:




    • National Police Clearance




    • Working with Children (WWC) Check






  • Skills:




    • Strong organisational and communication skills.




    • Ability to multitask and work independently.




    • Experience managing contractors or operational tasks is a plus.








Working Hours:




  • Monday to Friday




  • Choice of shifts: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
