Our client is looking for a mechanical assembler to assist in the installation of a stenter machine at their brand new facility in Pakenham.
A valid WHITE CARD is compulsory for work on this site.

Candidates should hold a Level 1 Mechanical Engineering trade certificate.
This casual assignment will run Monday to Friday's, 7:00am to 3:00pm (or 7:30am - 3:30pm). Expected to run for 1-2 months in duration.
Payrate: $37 p/h + super
The following experience and personal traits are highly desirable:

• 12+ months prior experience in similar mechanical assembly roles.
• A high degree of logic & ability to problem solve.
• Reliability, punctuality, & the ability to work independently at times.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work (subject to routine supervision).
• The ability to work from production drawings, prints or plans.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience assembling mechanical components using various tools and equipment.
