Position Overview:

As a Marketing Intern at TikTok, you will work directly with internal sales teams, brands, and creators to help shape the future of marketing on our platform. You will be part of one of four teams: Comms & Content, B2B marketing & events, Creative production, or Marketing & Operations. This is your opportunity to assist in executing world-class B2B marketing, communications, and event strategies while exploring creative ideation, brand strategy, and design.

This is a 12-month contract position with potential extension for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of integrated campaigns, marketing collateral, case studies, and event decks to empower brands of all sizes.
  • Help develop scalable solutions to educate the market, industry, and client partners about TikTok for Business.
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to craft compelling narratives for different industries and verticals, showcasing TikTok's unique value proposition to advertisers.

Role Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, General Economics, or Public Relations
  • Available for a 6-month internship, working at least 4 days a week.
  • A strong passion for TikTok and a keen interest in staying up to date with new technologies and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and building relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, independence, and a proven track record of delivering results.
