We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician (Assembler) to join our production team in Cheltenham, SA. This role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, modification, and repair of units in the manufacturing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, manufacture, modify, and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Work from production plans and engineering drawings using appropriate tools and measuring aids.
• Support prototype and development tasks with minimal engineering definition.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain compliance with company quality systems and OH&S requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in a manufacturing role.
• Ability to assemble complex mechanical and electrical components.
• Strong logical reasoning skills in manufacturing techniques and processes.
• Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
