Maintenance Coordinator - Immediate Start
Location: Brisbane and Gold Coast
Pay: $45/hour, 3 days per week
About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and oversee the maintenance of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes. You'll coordinate maintenance tasks, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify faults in electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks (repairs, upgrades, preventative maintenance).
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor SDA home conditions and address maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Valid driver's license
- Experience verifying faults in electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast
- Current police check
- Company-provided phone and laptop
- Car allowance
