About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team in Welshpool. If you have an LO (Stock Picker) license and experience working in fast-paced environments, this role is for you! You'll be responsible for accurately picking and scanning orders while ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick Orders: Use a stock picker to locate and retrieve items based on order sheets.

• Operate Stock Picker: Safely operate stock-picking equipment (LO ticket required).

• Scan Products: Use barcode scanners to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory tracking.

• Check Quality: Inspect items before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain Safety: Follow all safety guidelines while operating machinery and handling stock.

• Accurate Documentation: Record and confirm picked orders for accurate inventory control.

• Organise Stock: Keep storage areas neat and well-maintained.

• Load & Unload: Assist with handling stock as required.

• Secure Documents: Handle sensitive or secure documents per company policies.

What You'll Need:

✔ LO (Stock Picker) License - Essential for operating equipment.
✔ Warehouse Experience - Previous experience in order picking, scanning, or inventory control is highly beneficial.
✔ Attention to Detail - Accuracy is key in order picking and documentation.
✔ Physical Stamina - Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
✔ Team Player - Ability to work efficiently with colleagues and follow instructions.
