Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable High Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This role requires a professional who is experienced with inventory management, stock investigations, and operates high-reach forklifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting, stacking, and retrieving materials within the warehouse while ensuring accuracy and safety in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate high reach forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
• Use handheld scanners or computer systems to track inventory and update records in real time.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on forklifts, including inspecting brakes, tires, and hydraulics, and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the proper handling and stability of loads.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders, organize inventory, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform additional general duties as needed, including stock checking and investigations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts, including both high reach and counterbalance skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle inventory management.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dusty environment with raw materials such as powders and liquids.
• Must be able to wear long sleeves and long pants as part of safety requirements.
