Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare provider organisations.
  • Follow up on warm leads from interested providers and manage inbound queries via phone and email.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to healthcare providers throughout the registration process.

Registration Support

  • Guide practice managers and representatives through the MHR and PCA registration steps via phone.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, such as Services Australia and clinical information system vendors, to resolve issues and ensure successful registrations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare organisations and relevant parties to facilitate the process.
  • Respond to queries and distribute relevant information to interested stakeholders.

Education & Training

  • Deliver ad hoc education and training sessions on MHR and PCA, covering their benefits, functionalities, and registration processes.
  • Support both internal and external stakeholders by providing clear guidance and resources.

Data Entry & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Assist in setting up CRM dashboards to support reporting needs.
  • Support the Project Manager and Program Director with periodic reporting related to MHR adoption.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to explain technical processes in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot registration issues.
  • Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, administration, customer service, or digital adoption roles..
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while providing high-quality support.
