We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Financial Accounting & Finance Specialist to contribute to our dynamic team. This is a multifaceted role requiring expertise across several key areas of financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven ability to manage various financial tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting: Perform a variety of accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and contributing to month-end close processes.
• Fixed Assets Management: Track, record, and reconcile fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• General Ledger: Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, preparing reports and resolving discrepancies.
• Financial Systems: Utilize One Source or similar financial systems for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Internal Controlling: Assist in the development and implementation of internal control procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Tax Compliance: Support tax preparation and filings, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, with exposure to areas such as fixed assets, general ledger, internal controls, and tax.
• Experience working with financial systems like One Source or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business-related software.
