About the Role

Join a dynamic Partner Marketing team, responsible for delivering high-impact partner events and communications across ANZ. This role is ideal for an experienced events and communications specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating across teams, and has a passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences.



What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute key partner events (virtual & in-person), including annual Partner Kickoffs
  • Oversee event logistics - registrations, venue planning, virtual platforms, entertainment, keynote flow, speaker communications, budgets, and post-event reporting
  • Manage to-partner communications via email marketing tools (e.g., Pardot), ensuring engaging and on-brand messaging
  • Project manage the ANZ Partner of the Year Awards, working with internal teams and agencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, providing regular updates and driving successful event outcomes
  • Develop pre & post-event communications, manage vendor contracts, budgets, and post-event reporting


What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years experience in corporate events & communications (B2B, high-tech, or fast-paced environment preferred)
  • Strong event & project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience managing external event agencies to ensure seamless execution
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives & stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Google Suite (Photoshop or Canva a plus)
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
