We're seeking an experienced Accounts Officer for a specific short-term project in Banyo. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills to a dynamic team for a focused five-week period.

Location: Banyo, QLD

Pay Rate: $40/hour

Duration: March 31 - May 2, 2025 (5 weeks)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Process invoices, receipts, and credit notes using accounting software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Provide administrative support as needed

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
