Job description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering and picking up confidential documents and materials from various locations while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strict security and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Document Pickup and Delivery: Safely transport confidential documents and materials between the warehouse and assigned locations.
  • Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery and pickup routes to meet schedule commitments while minimizing travel time.
  • Customer Service: Build positive relationships through professional interactions, ensuring satisfaction with delivery services.
  • Compliance and Security: Follow all company protocols and security measures to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of documents.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Warehouse Assistance: Support warehouse operations as needed, including loading/unloading items and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Reporting: Accurately log deliveries, pickups, and other activities in the company's system.

Key Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and the appropriate license to operate a delivery vehicle.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred, especially in document or logistics management.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch service.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures and ensure all documents are handled securely and accurately.
  • Physical Stamina: Capability to lift and move boxes of documents weighing up to [X kg].
  • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of GPS, route navigation, and familiarity with handheld devices for logging deliveries.
