Job description
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails, including overflow from Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Manage FX and payment-related inquiries, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Investigate and resolve merchant payment requests efficiently.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Drive account growth by meeting volume and revenue targets.
- Keep merchants informed about market trends, economic data, and key financial insights.
- Educate clients and partners on products, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide proactive and effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver MTM reports based on client requests.
- Oversee credit line applications and periodic reviews.
- Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
- Experience in the financial industry, particularly in international payments, is highly desirable.
- A track record of growing account value through active client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
