Job description
Are you passionate about customer service, highly skilled in communication, and fluent in both English and Mandarin? We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic team based in Sydney CBD.
About the Role: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Whether engaging over the phone, live chat, or email, you'll use your strong product knowledge to provide prompt, articulate, and thoughtful support that delights our clients. As a part of a global team, you'll collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, sales, and partnerships teams to address customer needs efficiently and foster long-lasting client relationships.
You will also play a critical role in upholding strict security and compliance standards. With hands-on tasks such as calculating FX rates, spreads, and manually booking trades, attention to detail and accuracy is essential. This position offers ongoing training to ensure you're equipped to thrive in a fast-paced, finance-focused environment.
