Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef - Australian Citizen ESSENTIAL (Government requirements, No PR) to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will prepare and present high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are met.

Must be Citizen.

Police Check Cleareance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with menu requirements.
• Maintain food safety standards and adhere to hygiene regulations.
• Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and minimizing food waste.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide a seamless service experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a commercial or catering environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Short therm: 29/01/2025 to 31/03/2025 - 2 months

• Shift hours: 11 hours with 2 X ½ hour breaks
• Rotating roster each week
• Every 2 weekend
• Potential for over-time
