Technical Field and Service Representative
Location: Sydney (minimum 2 hours from the airport)
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for technical systems and customer service? Join a global company as a Technical Field and Service Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional support and service to customers in NSW.
What You'll Do
Field Service & Support:
Perform service calls, including titration tests, inventory management, and adjustments to liquid feed equipment.
Travel extensively, including interstate trips, with overnight stays required 3-4 nights per week. Flexibility is essential as daily drives to new install sites and equipment repair locations are a key part of the role.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customers' service needs are met according to established protocols.
Equipment Maintenance:
Repair and maintain feed systems, including controllers, pumps, relays, and wiring, while ensuring all systems operate effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct monthly inventory counts and manage customer product ordering requirements.
Plan and execute routine service visits, proactively addressing customer concerns and ensuring proper dosing and system functionality.
Complete detailed service reports and conduct exit interviews with customers after each visit.
Collaborate with managers on technical surveys, proposals, and installations.
Identify and communicate technical or operational issues to the appropriate manager.
Perform hands-on work, including climbing ladders and using tools effectively.

Residency within 1-2 hours of Sydney to facilitate travel requirements.
Comfortable with hands-on work and physical activities such as climbing ladders.
