Technical Field and Service Representative
Location: Based in NSW Location Flexible | Full-Time

What You'll Do
- Field Service & Support: Perform service calls, including titration tests, inventory management, and adjustments to liquid feed equipment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customers' service needs are met according to established protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain feed systems, including controllers, pumps, relays, and wiring, while ensuring all systems operate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and manage customer product ordering requirements.
- Plan and execute routine service visits, proactively addressing customer concerns and ensuring proper dosing and system functionality.
- Complete detailed service reports and conduct exit interviews with customers after each visit.
- Collaborate with managers on technical surveys, proposals, and installations.
- Identify and communicate technical or operational issues to the appropriate manager.
