Job Title: Storeperson
Location: Warehouse A/28-54 Percival Rd, Smithfield NSW 2164
Work Hours: Monday to Friday
Shift: Afternoon Shift - 2pm Start
Hourly Rate: $36.12/hr

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join a well-established team in a busy warehouse environment. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution activities. This position requires a valid forklift license, as you will be responsible for safely moving and managing goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts to move items in and out of storage areas, trucks, and other vehicles.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing stock counts and updating records.
• Receive and check incoming stock for damages, discrepancies, and proper labelling.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate shipment.
• Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to minimise accidents and injuries.

Key Requirements:

• Valid forklift license (counterbalance experience essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
