About the Role
As a Full-Time Service and Support Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning Job processes

  • Organising email box requests

  • Configuring equipment and updating of database

  • Dispatching customer requests

About you
To succeed as the Service and Support Technician, you must possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High level computer literacy (including all MS applications)

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills are a must

  • Driver's license (preferable)
