Position Overview:

This exciting internship will see you as an integral part of the Growth Sales Team!

As part of this dynamic team, you will provide exceptional client service and deliver custom solutions to mid-market advertisers using the unique ad product suite. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, building relationships, and guiding clients towards achieving their business objectives on TikTok through consultation, education, and support through custom solutions.

This is a 12-month internship with immense opportunities for the right candidate.

This opportunity is perfect for recent grads or current students who have a demonstrated passion for tech, media, and a desire to pursue a career in media sales, social media, and/or online advertising.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse data from ad campaigns to proactively improve results and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with Client Solution Managers and clients to guide strategy, planning, and campaign implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Develop educational materials for agency and client teams regarding our products, analytics, creative, measurement, and best practices.
  • Support Client Solutions Managers in post-sales execution and reporting.
  • Assist Client Partners in sales presentations and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the TikTok Product team to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
  • Provide top-notch sales and operational customer service to our clients.
  • Stay up to date with TikTok's features and ad units.

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Sales capacity is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge or keen interest in performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player and collaborator.
  • Passion for TikTok marketing and the challenge of building something from the ground up.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (a plus)
  • Experience working with global partners in different time zones and cultures (a plus)
