Role:Property Services Administrator OR Business Support Officer
Location:Sydney
Responsibilities:
The Property Services Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure the accurate and timely processing of data related to property services.
Experience:
Familiarity with basic IT terminologies and systems, with the ability to navigate & use web-based platforms.
Basic skills with MS Suite specifically (MS Excel).
Experience in data entry, validation, and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective user support.
Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues and system problems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Good to have: Property System experience, TRIRIGA experience.
