Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, supporting both the management team and administrative team. You will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with human resources tasks, and maintaining office organisation and communication to help the day-to-day requirements run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the team.
- Handle general office correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail).
- Organise company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers.
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in HR tasks is a plus
