Start Date: Immediate (Business close 20th Dec - 2nd Jan - Can commence after or before break).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (with potential for overtime)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable LO and LF Licensed Operator to join our small, close-knit team of four. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a physically demanding environment and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and order pickers (LO & FL licenses required).
• Perform manual labour tasks involving lifting items between 7-14 kg throughout the day.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock management and organising goods.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth work flow.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid LF and LO license.
• Experience in forklift and order picker operations.
• Forklift operation - Counterbalance
• Physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive manual lifting (7-14 kg).
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety.
