About the Role:

Join our thriving food manufacturing company and contribute to the production of delicious treats. As a Production, Batching and Packing Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Location: Caboolture

Pay: $31.20 per hour


Bonus: Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a plus.

Hours: Monday - Friday Schedule | 7 AM - 3 PM Plus Potential Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food production machinery and equipment
• Accurately batch and prepare ingredients
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality
• Package and label finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe food production environment
• Perform blending and batching tasks as needed
• Ensure precise weighing and measuring of ingredients
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Essential: Previous experience in food production
• Strong Skills: Work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a team
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods
