Location: Caboolture
Pay:

Production: $31.23 per hour

Production with Forklift: $34 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Food Production and Batching Operator to join a growing team in Caboolture. This role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment, focusing on batching ingredients, operating ovens, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Batch and blend ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Oversee oven operations to ensure products are processed correctly.
• Monitor production processes and conduct quality control checks.
• Package and label finished products with precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients for batching.
• Perform blending tasks as required to support production needs.
• Follow all food safety protocols and workplace health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in food production or processing is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness with the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Bonus: Counterbalance forklift experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
