The Role
You will be providing exceptional service and customer support during field visits at multiple client locations around Sydney. You will provide hardware break-fix and desk-side software support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in dispatches
- Manages all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions.
- Provide support for laptops, desktops and monitors
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required
- Excellent customer service
- ITIL/Service Now, ticketing tools experience
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Current valid driving licence & own transport
