Global leader in tax and finance technology solutions, with a renowned product suite at the forefront. My client are expanding their digital footprint in the Australian and New Zealand markets, and are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a creative and driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join their innovative marketing team on a 9-month contract.

About the role:

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for crafting impactful digital B2B campaigns you'll take the lead in social media paid advertising efforts, drive audience acquisition, and analyze performance to refine campaign strategies. You'll also collaborate closely with our dedicated internal teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned and effective, making a meaningful impact on our brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Paid Advertising:

  • Lead and execute targeted paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Leverage Bombora to enhance targeting precision and campaign performance.
  • Analyze and report on social media advertising outcomes to optimize future efforts.

Organic Social Media Plan and Audience Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with our intern to design and implement a robust organic social media strategy.
  • Develop a model for audience acquisition to grow and engage our target audience organically.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.

Nurture Journeys:

  • Create and manage customer nurture journeys using our existing marketing assets.
  • Ensure seamless integration with our CRM and Eloqua (or similar email marketing platforms).
  • Track, analyze, and refine nurture journeys based on performance data.

PPC Pages and Paid Pages on Capterra:

  • Partner with the PPC Marketing Manager to evaluate and enhance PPC page performance.
  • Set up and manage paid pages on Capterra to attract targeted traffic.
  • Optimize PPC and paid pages to maximize conversions and ROI.

Thought Leadership Content:

  • Oversee the management of Insights content on our website using WordPress.
  • Ensure thought leadership pieces are strategically linked to relevant product pages.
  • Manage content update requests for Product Pages, coordinating with the Digital Team for implementation via EWP.

Website Performance:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Team to enhance the performance of Product Pages, Events Pages, and Customer Stories.
  • Ensure content is easily discoverable and that users have a seamless, full-funnel experience.
  • Conduct regular website audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.

Web Performance Reporting:

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to report on web performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on thorough data analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a Digital Agency and a focus on social media paid advertising.
  • Experience with Eloqua or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in either Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
