Customer Service Officer

Location: Brisbane or Melbourne
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our client's dynamic team.


This is a full time, permanent position, open to applicants based in either Brisbane or Melbourne!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential participants (up to 40+ calls per day).
  • Conduct phone screening questionnaires to assist eligible participants based on study requirements.
  • Select trials for participants based on eligibility criteria.
  • Build excellent rapport with new and existing participants.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the participant database.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of six months' experience in a contact centre.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet set targets and KPIs.
