Clinical Customer Service Officer

Location: Brisbane or Melbourne

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Clinical Customer Service Officer to join our client's dynamic team.
This is a permanent position, open to applicants based in either Brisbane or Melbourne!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls with potential participants (up to 40+ calls per day).
  • Ensure participant recruitment aligns with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing participants.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date participant database.



Requirements:

  • Experience in medical research or clinical operations.
  • Background in nursing, paramedicine, or other healthcare-related fields (advantageous).
  • Contact centre experience within a healthcare setting (advantageous).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective team collaboration and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet set targets and KPIs.
