ADHOC Shifts
Might have one shift one week, none the next and then 3 week after pending production levels.

Shift times can vary:
Day shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, $31.23
Afternoon shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, $35.91
Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, $40.60

Working in Inserts or rework. All labour intensive roles so must be physically fit.
For quality team to recheck a batch that has already been ready for distribution.

• Checking labels on bottles
• Counting stock in boxes
• Ensuring codes are correct on labels
• Making sure no damage to boxes
• Very repetitive checking work - not too much heavy lifting but some will be involved moving cases of alcohol/cans

Position Overview: Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working along production line as part of team
2. Putting cardboard inserts into boxes once box has come out of box making machine on production line
3. Basic checking of labels on bottles
4. Ensuring box is full of bottles at next stage
5. Remove any bottles that have not been filled

This role will report to the line leader and will have no direct reports. The line leader will support with anything operator is unsure of and will be around for supervision.

Line leaders will be working across line of 4 operators.

Qualifications:

1. Understanding of safety
2. No skill required
3. Ability to lift and move objects
4. Reliable with a can-do attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to safely perform tasks that may require bending and reaching.
