About the Role:
Join our thriving food production facility as a 2IC Food Production and Forklift Operator. You'll oversee and manage production operations, while also contributing to hands-on tasks.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervisory Duties:
  • Oversee and lead a team of production operators
  • Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
  • Monitor quality control and troubleshoot issues
  • Train and develop team members
• Forklift Operations:
  • Safely operate a counterbalance forklift
  • Load, unload, and transport materials
  • Ensure proper storage of materials
• Production Duties:
  • Assist with production tasks as needed
  • Operate production machinery
  • Batch and prepare ingredients
  • Package and label finished products

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food production
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Minimum 12 months of experience operating a counterbalance forklift
