About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Storesperson to join our team in Karratha. This role combines warehouse duties with customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and order collections.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely replenishment.
- Process orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers for efficient stock deliveries.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
About You:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Forklift ticket (LF) is essential.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team's success.
