ServiceNow - ITAM Functional Consultant:
Location: Perth WA
Role requirements:
Implementation experience with ServiceNow SAM and SaaS modules
Understanding of IT Asset Management best practises and ISO 19770-1:2017 Standard
Experience in guiding and training ServiceNow/ ITAM administrators
Guide and support the clients Change Management stream
Conduct Administrator training based on business processes
Ongoing updates of Administrator work instructions
Communicate technical requirements between users and the Technical team off shore
Support the System Integration and User Acceptance Testing for the defect resolution process
Support defining and preparing a support model in BAU
Good to have HAM implementation experience.
