About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales/Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Eight Mile Plains. This crucial role will oversee the smooth operation of our sales, warehouse, and logistics functions, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient business operations.

Pay: $40/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Manage the processing of sales orders and oversee customer communications regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and address discrepancies promptly.
• Manage returns and exchanges by coordinating with both customers and warehouse teams.

Warehouse Management:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage stock conversions, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate and oversee quarterly stocktakes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Prepare and review quarterly stocktake reports to provide management with valuable insights into inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, warehouse management, and logistics coordination, with a strong focus on team leadership and operational efficiency.
• Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse management software, and logistics platforms.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
