Pay:
Production: $31.23 per hour
Production and Forklift: $34 per hour
Bonus: Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a plus.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Production and Batching Operator to join our thriving waffle factory. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Batch and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- Monitor production processes and quality control
- Package and label finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform belding and batching tasks as required
- Ensure accurate weighing and measuring of ingredients
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
Bonus: Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a plus.
